What I believe he should have titled his book is " cheers for the supergreedy." I don't see where globalization is anything more than a rush to carve out every bit of natural resources left and the heck with people unless you are one of the superrich. Otherwise, I recommend this book for all us "ignorant" Americans who are left in the dark regarding the truth. I was reading the other day how Canada has 1.1million millionaires. That's pretty hard to believe when you wander around some of the neighbourhoods I see on a weekly basis!
