		<description>That&#039;s an interesting point.  I&#039;ve not hit that myself, but I guess it&#039;s only a matter of time.  Under the &quot;gentlemen&#039;s agreement&quot; of fair use, it&#039;s normally a case of write a sentence or paragraph (as in &quot;Person X says &#039;blah blah blah&#039;&quot;), then link back to the whole article on the original site.  I guess some people just don&#039;t think that way.</description>
