Life leverage is a very interesting term. Sometimes having too many options can be counterproductive. Also, our options are limited by our constraints and not the other way around. . What you have said about flow is also very interesting. Normally flow is what sportsmen talk about being in the Zone- fully concentrated.

[...] Attend to some other aspect of your life that you’ve been neglecting. Maybe there’s a promise you haven’t kept yet; maybe you haven’t seen some friends in a while, or there’s some other part of your life that’s holding you back. These can be difficult to look at, but now might be a good time to do so. If you can clear away one section of “baggage” in your life, you free yourself for new developments and directions. Maybe it’s just a matter of getting rid of clutter.
I'm absolutely fascinated by the connections that our finances have with all other areas of our lives. For example, people know what they should do financially, but our minds have a tremendous impact on what actions we take. If we can identify and become aware of these mostly sub-conscious thoughts and beliefs (which ultimately become our actions), we can thrive to a far greater extent. Does that make any sense at all? There is some complex stuff here!

Sounds like you've got a lot to work with for future writing material!
