		<description>Yeah, when it comes to a vacation home or second home.  It&#039;s inspiring to me right now though, because I&#039;m still a renter and would like to get into a home asap.  I wouldn&#039;t want to do anything unethical, either.  Later on I do plan on becoming a landlord, though - probably just one property in a college town, nothing big.</description>

		<description>Real estate! I&#039;m staying away from that for at least the next few years. But, I know a few people that have done very well and managed to get out just before the crash. Real estate is all about finding desperate home owners who are in so much financial trouble that they are willing to sell you their house at a loss. Finding them is like finding a needle in a hay stack and screwing them out of their life savings is not something I like to do. Therefore, I don&#039;t see myself getting into the real estate business, ever.</description>
