		<description>I have trouble buying this theory.  For one, all the economies of the world are hurting and many of them are doing bailout plans to rescue banks and businesses.  I don&#039;t think it&#039;s very clear how this is going to shake out, especially when it comes to currencies, which I find incredibly volatile and hard to predict.</description>
