Any TSX-listed share price will always be "less" than its NYSE-listed form whenever the Canadian dollar is trading for "less" than the USD. Just keep an eye out on when and by how much the USD is trading stronger than the Canadian dollar, and then I suppose you could purchase the TSX-listed stock with US funds (once you convert them into Canadian dollars, of course).
