I caught the part where he reminded everyone that some taxes had been cut for 95% of population. He's going to raise taxes on businesses that ship jobs overseas (I think that's what it was), but he did mention a big tax CUT for all small businesses raising wages or hiring new workers in the U.S. I was actually pretty impressed with the proposals taken at face value - of course, they'd all have to get passed and executed for it to matter.... one thing he didn't say much of was how they're really going to reduce the deficit - just that they're belt-tightening in other areas.
