		<description>@Bony - yes, you talk to Computershare or CIBC Mellon, the transfer agent.  They do not charge a fee for this.  You can find the form you need to fill out on the back of the monthly or quarterly statement they send you.  Just check off the appropriate part and mail it back in.  They&#039;ll mail you back a certificate (and a cheque for the fractional amount left over), and then you take the certificate and deposit it in your brokerage account.</description>
