iPad-owning investors, take note of the Wall Street Journal’s new MarketWatch Market Data iPad App – you have it on your iPhone, you might as well get it on your iPad now, too – You’ll get the same information you see on the iPhone app, only much clearer and easier to read and navigate.

The MarketWatch iPad App allows you to scroll back through the last 24 hours of global market data and news, in addition to receiving a live stream of up-to-the-minute market news.

You also get access to all the latest Wall Street Journal MarketWatch stories, real-time quotes, a customized watch list, and in-depth information on all ETFs, currencies and bonds.

And if you don’t have the MarketWatch iPhone App yet, you should get it too – it’s free.  You can stream the latest MarketWatch videos, get the latest news stories, highlight and follow the markets of your choice, get tech-specific news, and access all the other sections of the full website.  I like the story layout better than those on the Bloomberg and CNBC Apps for some reason.  The CNN Money App is also good.  These Apps all do similar things, so it’s really about the aesthetics and ease of use for your own needs that matters.

*Disclaimer: This is not a sponsored or paid post and I have no financial interest in any of these Apps (unfortunately, perhaps:)).

Thanks for the tip my friend! I just got my ipad 2 last month, and as I’m sure you know, it rocks for tracking money, spending and investments.
Peace,
-TAM
